  • For decedents dying on or after 1/1/2013 with a gross estate of $910,725 or less
  • For decedents dying on or after 1/1/2012 with a gross estate of $892,865 or less
  • For decedents dying on or after 1/1/2011 with a gross estate of $859,350 or less
  • For decedents dying on or after 1/1/2010 with a gross estate of $850,000 or less
  • For decedents dying on or after 1/1/2002 and prior to 1/1/2010 with a gross estate of $675,000 or less
